Susanna Di Cosimo, affectionately known as Susy by her friends, was born in Naples, the heartland of pizza in Southern Italy. 
A passionate traveler, she fell in love with India and moved here in 2013, marking the beginning of a new chapter. Susy was running a successful inbound tour operator for Italian travellers when the COVID pandemic brought global travel to a standstill. So, Susy found a new calling: reigniting her passion for making Neapolitan pizzas which soon blossomed into a new venture, leading to the creation of Pizzeria da Susy.

In 2016, she made India her home, embracing it as a second homeland. Living in Gurgaon with her Indian husband and their young son, she cherishes the country's diversity, vibrant colors, fragrant spices, temple music, and stunning landscapes. Though life in India often tests her patience, it also offers profound lessons about herself.

Experienced IT consultant with 17+ years in the industry, passionate about AI and tech innovation. After living in Melbourne, Australia for over 20 years, I recently moved to India to explore new opportunities. I am currently building something exciting around premium mobile accessories for the US/Indian market.
